We offer Free Standard Shipping on Orders shipping within the Continental United States. The standard shipping carrier chosen varies based on the size of your order and the shipping destination. All orders ship out of Dallas, Texas. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, except on Holidays.

Orders placed before 10am Eastern Standard Time (EST) are shipped out the SAME DAY. Orders placed after 10am EST will ship the following business day. You will be contacted by email, so look for updates in your inbox. The shipping lead times for all services are quoted in business days. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not shipping days and do not count toward the number of days quoted for arrival. 

For domestic orders, we offer several shipping options, depending on the products you order and the total price at checkout. All shipping options are shown at the time of checkout for your careful selection.

The day your order is packaged and picked up from the carrier does not count as a business day.

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee... It's an automated guesstimate from the carrier that we have no control over.

Free Standard Shipping

We're here to help you navigate any issues with lost or stolen packages. Although we cannot directly tackle those cases for you, we will offer guidance on how to conquer them with the shipping company. Once your package is flagged as 'Delivered,' it is crucial for you to take immediate action and file any necessary claims directly through the carrier.

Please note that once your package has left our warehouse, it's not possible to change the delivery address, so please double-check and enter the correct address during checkout.

Canada & International Customers

The standard shipping carrier chosen varies based on the size of your order and the shipping destination. All orders ship out of Dallas, Texas.

For our international customers, we offer a variety of low cost shipping options.

All import duties and taxes will be applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the order recipient and will vary from Country to Country. If you have any questions regarding duties or taxes, please contact your local customs office, they will be able to provide all of the finite details. Kindly note that International Orders may take between 2 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Tracking & Delivery Information

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue.

In the event that the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times as advertised by the selected carriers, Würkin Stiffs cannot assume responsibility. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded should the selected carrier fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times. It is advised to contact the Shipping Carrier directly for resolution.

Würkin Stiffs offers free domestic returns for all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer.service@wurkinstiffs.com to begin the return/exchange process.
